Our Mission

Veritent is putting creators in control of their content.

We don't think it's right that people are having their work stolen, in many cases having no idea it's happened. Even if they do, the thought of going through legal proceedings can be daunting and off-putting.

5 Key Values

1

Security

Your images are valuable. Everything stored on Veritent is encrypted and can't be seen by anyone other than you, not even us.

2

Clarity

We don't want to hide things from you. All actions on your Veritent account are tracked and logged.

3

Authenticity

No one likes a fraud. Only real people are protected by Veritent. We identify what's truly yours and help you protect it.

4

Flexibility

Things change, we get that. You're free to cancel your account at any time. If you change your mind, you can start your subscription again with just a few clicks.

5

Control

While Veritent is automated and is constantly personalising your experience, you have the control to choose what you want Veritent to do. Once you've set it, it won't change back.

Everyone has a right to know where and how their images are being used. Veritent unlocks data and puts creators back in control of their content.

Our Journey

Research

Our founder, Ryan, was nearing the end of his marketing degree and noticed an issue with sharing content online. The creator has no real control over where and how their images are used.
After speaking to some more creators, this turned out to be a major issue faced by many. With this validation, Ryan set about creating a service to help creators protect what they own.

Development

Veritent started to take shape, with the core functionality of the platform being sculpted to allow creators to sync their image library to Veritent which searches for where their images are being used.
Taking a customer data driven approach to development, a prototype was built in early 2019, with a fully available working version following shortly after.

First Users

Before launching the full product, we're looking for creators to give us feedback on what works, what doesn't, and what we can improve on. We want to make sure we make something the world needs, rather than what we think is cool.
